DIGITAL ORDERS ARE FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, as the products cannot be returned once purchased. Please read through the product’s description carefully prior to purchasing. If you are unsure about any of the details, please contact us before purchasing so we can answer any questions you may have.
On the contrary, if you do have any problems or concerns after you purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can offer our assistance.
Colors may differ when printed. We cannot guarantee printed colors to match exactly to the digital image colors.
All listings in my shop include a Standard Licence.
Items purchased under a Standard Licence may be used an unlimited number of times for your own Personal / Business Use or on behalf of a single client.
To use templates on behalf of multiple clients, please contact me to purchase an Extended Licence.
